It was 5 years ago that we lost our dear friend and leader Kip Tokuda, so it’s more important than ever to reflect on the work and the individuals who have gotten ACLF to where it is today. Recognizing the work and achievement of the past 20 years is an integral piece of ACLF’s core values that also guides us in our mission of developing leaders for the years to come. If you don’t know where you’ve come from, how can you know where it is that you’re going?
ACLF provides a unique pairing of honoring the work of established leaders in our community and introducing and celebrating the graduating class, who represent the next generation of leadership and achievement. We cross generational lines to unite in the shared vision of developing leaders to shape and secure our collective future as a community, and, as we at ACLF fondly think of ourselves, a family.
